1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Madhavi Saree Collection website, services or any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use means you accept the changes.
2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We take care to describe our sarees accurately, but colours and patterns may vary slightly from photos due to lighting and device screens. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without notice.
3. Ordering & Payment
You must be 18 years or older to place an order. We accept online payments via UPI, cards and net banking securely through Razorpay, as well as Cash on Delivery where available. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed only after we accept it.
4. Delivery
We dispatch orders on the selected delivery date and time slot. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location. Delivery charges, if any, are clearly shown at checkout before you pay. We are not liable for delays caused by our delivery partners or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns, Refund & Cancellation
Sarees are products of close-press and personal use. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, and we will arrange a full refund or replacement. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Refunds, once approved, are processed to your original payment method.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, images, logos and design — belongs to Madhavi Saree Collection and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product concerned, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Governing Law
These terms and any transactions you make are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
